Mental health and healing for the healer

May is all about prioritizing our mental health as healers.

This month is Mental Health Awareness Month and now is the time to start holding space for the healers. If you’re a therapist, healer, or space holder, this is your reminder: you are worthy of the same care, rest, and nourishment you offer to others. Too often, those who support everyone else are left pouring from an empty cup. This month, we’re choosing something different, intentional soul care, boundaries that protect your peace, and daily practices that pour back into you. You deserve to feel whole. You deserve to heal, too.

This May, we invite you to Drink As You Pour. Because when you tend to your own well-being, what flows from you is fuller, deeper, and more sustainable. Let’s honor our mental health, unapologetically prioritize our self-care, and gently return to ourselves, not as an afterthought, but as a sacred priority.
